DRS Backup does not list ELM-Server,CDR_CAR to backup

Hi,

We are facing a peculiar issue, only UCM is listed when i either schedule or do a manual backup of the CUCM server. The version in use is 9.1.2.10000-28.

DRF components get removed after changing the hostname

Description

Symptom:
When you change the hostname on a node defined by IP address in CUCM 9.1.1a, the following DRF components will disappear and not be backed up for that node: TFTP, ANN, MOH, ELM-AGENT, BAT, REPORTER, and CEF.

Conditions:
CUCM 9.1.1a (9.1.1.20000-5)

Workaround:
For all of the above components with the exception of ELM-AGENT, de-activating and re-activating the services on the effected node, will bring them back as DRF components.
To bring back ELM-Agent, please open a case with TAC and reference this defect and the ELM-AGENT_Restore process contained in it.
