Using IOS 12.4(1515)T9 on VG224 with sccp. Do DSP's need to be activated for voice-card 0? Dspfarm not active, so far no issues with faxes. Or it make no difference? CCM 6.x

This shouldn't make any difference. DSPs are automatically allocated for any FXO/FXS port on bootup.
You can use 'show voice dsp group all' to confirm if you would like.
