Weird problem...we have a few 2821s that all were ordered with the Voice Bundle. My understanding is that by default, the 2821 comes with a single PVDM2-48 for 3 DSPs. Ordering the Voice Bundle gets you (2) PVDM2-32 for 4 DSPs.
What's odd is we have a 2821 showing only one PVDM2-32. This is happening both in the "show inv" and "show diag" commands.
Is it possible they might not be showing up due to a software problem, or are they indeed not present?

Ok, thanks. Under "Major new features and Enhancements", it says "Onboard and field-upgradable PVDMs" for the 2800 and 3800, which is probably where the confusion is originating. I'm taking it what they really mean is it has onboard PVDM slots, but the actual PVDMs must be ordered separately or with a package.
Does anybody know which PVDM2 module with the Voice Bundle for the 2800 and 3800 series? Just trying to verify we got what we paid for.
I'll pull the cover on this during downtime to verify, but it looks like what happend is the 2821 we ordered the extra DSPs for got installed in the wrong location.

The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
