Yes, that line is from the history.log on the server.
I searched the customers HD for it and can't find the .exe , but did find the uninstaller exe file which has a similar filename and did find a install log that looks like other cisco install logs and is same folder as other cisco install logs.
But I am also not seeing the OS DST patches in the history.log either, and so far have not been able to get hold of the customer since they reported the ticket to find out what they exactly did or such either. I'm thinking they did some thing manually because the server has the right time and DST checkbox is still checked.
