DTMF Not working

I am faced the problem in DTMF ,my scenario was we have a contact center once calls comes to any user from the pstn,when users try to transfer the call unable to indentify the DTMF digits!!!

The call flow---->PSTN-->H323--->CUCM--->UCCX--->IPPhone

When i logged in to supervisior desktop when i try to do transfer its working in desktop,after i tried in IP Phone it started working!!!

But i am wondering how the problem was resolved,i could not identify exact issue?

Hi Sivakalam,

Did you capture any callmanger traces or debugs from the gateway for one of the calls when dtmf was not working. It could have been an issue with oversubscribed MTP resources or some other system issue for that specific time interval, else it would not have corrected on its own. The traces / debugs will let you know the details of the same.
