User calls to reception. Reception calls to conference bridge number and transfer it to user. After transfering a call to user, user needs to enter conference password. But system is not accepting the password from user.
Now if after calling to conference bridge number, reception takes the user in conference & reception enters the conference password then it accpts the password from reception phone.
But we want password should to be accepted by user phone only after transfering the call to user.
you might have same problem we have seen. Take out the conference of the test call, and jsut press the HOLD button on a direct call and see if you have the same problem. Call the IVR, press DTMF, then put the call on HOLD, then RESUME, now try DTMF, does it work or fail ? We have that problem with UCM 6.1 and SIP cloud.
