We have CM 4.2 and an I3 server (SIP) for ACD and are having issues getting DTMF tones out our CMM blades to outside phones. When we dial them and the other end asks for an extension we are unable to enter any numbers from our phones. This only happens when logged into the I3 Client, our other phones work fine as well as sending the tones via the I3 Client keypad. Any help would be appreciated.
