Dual wireless headset solution?

Is anyone aware of a wireless headset solution that can be reliably used for training purposes?  Currently, we use Plantronics CS55's, but they do not support dual usage on a 7962 (or any Cisco phone for that matter).  The purpose is for training, so that a dual user's can listen and talk on a conversation.  We have a solution for wireless headsets, but this group was recently migrated from a PBX system (where these headsets worked in a dual scenario) and they are demanding it now that they have been migrated to VoIP.  I'm looking to purchase an alternative headset, if it is available.

Correction, we have a solution for wired headsets split and used in a training environment.  I'm looking for a like solution using wireless headsets.

I agree with Rob.

We use the OfficeRunner headset by Sennheiser and the Wireless Y adapter that Rob posted a link for.

It makes it really easy to get 2 wireless headsets on the phone for training people.
