duration to enter fac

HI All,

Is there any way to adjust the duration of the enter fac?

the default is count is 6 second.

we wanto to adjust to wait until 10 second.

It uses the T302 inter-digit timeout, from CUCM Feature guide:

If you do not append the FAC or CMC with #, the system waits for the T302 timer to extend the call.

So, if you need to change it change the T302 service parameter which will affect inter-digit timer cluster wide.

thanks for replying.

The T302 timers effect before entering fac.

what I mean this is duration of entering the fac.

before i checkt it about 5 second time to user to enter the code.

but we want to extend it to 10 second to give more time user to press the fac code.

What is the value of T302 in your service parameter?

T302 time is the way to increase the time what you are looking for.
