DX650 Cisco Agent Desktop

I'm trying to get a dx650 singed into UCCE 9.  When attempting to sign in using Cisco Agent Desktop I get "You cannot log in because the phone is DTAL-enabled.  DTAL-enabled phones are not compatible with CAD."

 

There is no option for join across line or direct transfer across line on the device configuration in cucm.  I set it to "same line, across line disable" on the common phone profile assigned to the dx650, but this doesn't seem to make a difference.

I don't see any other options for signing the phone (Ip phone agent for example) into UCCE.  Is finesse an option or is this device simply not supported with our current version of UCCE?

you have to enable multi line

you have to enable multi line support in your Agent PG to log into this phones.

i think that is only the way you can make it work as you are not able to disable JAL and DTAL with this phones.
