E&M trunk card compatibility with cisco

i'm just making sure that my proposal would work so i want to ask the experts.

my client is asking for an upgrade, from their old voice router.

Old Hardware

Cisco 1750 Router

Fxs/Fxo module

panasonic Pbx

with:

KX-TDA0184

8-Port E & M Trunk Card (E&M8)

8-port E & M (TIE) trunk card. Type 5 support.

they are planning to upgrade to:

Cisco 2801

2xVIC2-E&M

please tell me if i miss something or if there is a compatibility issue.

Yes it should work. You can use the voice bundle that comes already with pvdm2-8.
