E1 (DID / DOD link) - Holdover

Could anyone help me regarding our VOIP..

We are experiencing unstable call connection in our gateway. We have E1 link (DID/ DOD) with 30 channels (17 Incoming & 13 Outgoing).

During the day will experience (4 to 5 times) call drop out, and once we check the gateway, show voice port summary (below is the output).

We need to SHUT and NO SHUT the channel-group interface to change the state to IDLE otherwise no incoming or outgoing calls.

Note:

We already open several Trouble ticket with our ISP but still there are insisting that the problem is our in-house wirings.

Currently we are using 25 pairs STP armored cable (60 to 70 meters long), and 3 meters CAT6 from patch to Router.

Our local cisco vendor already provided new Cisco 2800 for our gateway.

Send "show controllers E1". Do not user graphic images.

Note, ethernet cable has different pairing than E1. You MUST respect pairing hence using a special adapter cable.
