E1 R2 problem

Hi All,

I experienced problem with E1 R2, I configured it,the problem is:

If I called a destination(mobile number) that has ring back tone(music ring back) the call failed, but if hasn't the call success .

There is a problem in dealing with music ring back tone , what do you think?

what should the trunk type between the callmanager and the AS5400xm gateway?

the exist is sip trunk, is that healthy for my case??
