we´ve got an E1 R2 with 10 channels in Mexico (Telmex) connected to a CME (2921, IOS 15.4(3)M)).
Telmex assigned 30 DIDs to this connection. Everything works fine so far, the only thing is that the DID numbers are not signaled to the called party, so when we are doing outside calls, always the main number is being shown on the called phone.
Configuration extract/example, where extension 666 should be translated to 5551234567 (which would be one of the DIDs):
