Echo during calls with Ip Phones SPA962

Hi,

we are experiencing in our company a problem with echo during calls from/to pstn with the Ip Phones SPA962 connected on the same LAN network.

We tried to change the parameters in Phone > Audio Input Gain (dB) but if we put 0 we have the echo and if we put -6 the called/caller on PSTN hear us very low.

Is there a solution to this annoying problem?
