Email notifcation issues in Cisco Unity Express 8

Hi

we Have issues with the CUE where many users are not getting emails in their mailbox or also there is delay in receiving the mails .

Can i have your views ro troubleshoot /resolve this problem . i think there are some services in unity express that needs to be refreshed . any idea what are those services which i can restart. Thanks

Not getting email ever = config problem, check it.

Getting it but not realiably: there is not restarting of services. Reload CUE and check you email server logs.
