Hi folks,
I have IPT setup with CUBE configured. Customer is having Genesys environment which will sending calls to Cisco extensions. SIP Trunk is terminated on CUBE. At Customer side, SIP service shows out of service. To enable SIP service, customer suggested to send SIP OPTIONS 200OK messages and then inbound calls can be sent. Traces to be send to customer.
On CUBE, by #show sip-ua service command shows me SIP service is UP.
CUBE - ISR 4431 Gen3 router. IOS version: 3.16
Please suggest how shall I achieve this.
Thanks & regards,
Ritesh Desai.

You may need to check the firewall if any.

Hi Rajan,
Im facing difficulty. I have a SIP dial-peer configured and pointing to remote SIP Trunk SBC. I have set command #voice-class sip options-keepalive on SIP Dial-peer. I have 2 SIP trunks 1 trunk on each SBC. I have configured on both SBC's.
By #sh dial-peer voice summary, both SIP TRUNK dial-peer shows ACTIVE. So, I initiate extended ping from SBC and see 100% packet loss. Post then I see #show dial-peer voice summary. SBC Dial-peer goes busyout.
Why so?
Doing shut / no shut on dial peer donot work. I tried with reload of router and dial peer showed up and the same thing as above.
I referred docs on google but no luck. Can you suggest some hints and guidance.
Appreciated in advance.
thanks & regards,
Ritesh Desai.
