I had to transfer an end user from another dept and move them to another phone with a different uccx agent extension and phone number. When I look at the end user configuration in callmanager, the user account is still showing that the old phone ( mac address ) is still associated under "device Information" - " controlled devices to this user.
How do i get remove this phone that is associated to this user without deleting the phone because it is also associated to another user?
