Energywise versus Headset at 7975 IP phones

Hi,

we have a strange problem:

Every day after office time the cisco poe switch power off all our Cisco IP 7975 phones via energywise configuration and switch on all these phone at next day to start office time. This all works fine and phones works well also. Now we have some 7975 phones with connected DECT headset from plantronics. The phones configured with electronic hookswitch control at the CUCM administration. This also works fine, if it fresh configured. After power off and on by energywise, the electronic hookswitch doesn't work anymore. I must go to CUCM administration and doing a "Apply config" at the phone, then hookswitch control works fine again.

Can someone explain me this and how remove the issue?
