Dear team,
Today in the morning, I have faced with the issue that UCCX Engine in Partial Service on UCCX 8.0.1.10000-11.
I can manage Application and Promts, Scripts.
I cannot manage Resources, skills, CSQ.
Yesterday I've deleted not used skills.
My call center is no longer working
Could you please advise me what could be the root cause and how it can be fixed.

Hi,
I've tried to upload lic., and after that I've restarted UCCX -> no success
What, I have now:
1. Cisco Unified CCX Engine-SubSystem Manager in Partial Service(see screenshot "CCX Engine")
2. CAD is not working(see attached file "CAD Lic Issue")
3. I have attached log from CAD(see attached file "Agent0001"), maybe it will help you.
4. I've made MIVR report once more, maybe it will help you.
I assume that there are some connection between between issue with Lic. and CCX Engine.
I don't know what could be the root cause of the CCX Engine issue.

Hi Koval,
can u run the command from CLI and share output ? also, can u let us know the name of license files which u are uploading so that we can delete the lic files and upload again.
utils uccx list license
utils uccx delete license licensename

Hi Koval,
I think these commands won't work since they were introduced in UCCX 8.5(1)SU3.
But the logs attached ERROR LRMS2001 The LRM client failed to connect to any service, point to license problem.
Suggest opening TAC case.
