Enterprise Attendant Console Support Call Intercept

Does the Cisco Enterprise Attendant Console support Call Intercept, where the receptionist can pick up the call within the console?

Enterprise Attendant Console Support Call Intercept

Hi,

Yes this can be done, it is not the most intuitive thing but you can do the following:

- Find the ringing device in the directory

- Right Click the contact and select Contact --> Status --> Calls

- If there are multiple lines configured on the end device then highlight the line which is ringing

- Double click the call or select the Answer Call icon
