Oooops, my bad, see this link : https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11563566/local-directory-not-showing-when-using-cme-86

and this :

Hi,

same problem for me with 2921 running IOS 15.2(4)M2 with CME 9.1

I had to do the following :

no ip http access-class 23

no ip http server

ip http access-class 23

access-list 23 permit

ip http server

After that, local directory work fine.
