Hello, im having problems with our HelpDesk hunt group. We usually have 2 people working in help desk (using PC with Cisco IP Communicator installed), but today a lot of calls were coming in so i added 2 more phones (physical) that i configured in same way like the original 2. Then the problems started: First only 3 were ringing normal, the 4th just showed for example "5 Calls in queue" but wasnt ringing and couldnt answer, after a while (and some restarts, changes etc...) ony the 2 new phones were ringing and the 2 original ones started acting the sam, calls in queue and nothing happening. Im posting relevant configuration below, hope you can help. We are using Cisco 7941 phones, and CISCO2901/K9 router with Version 15.2(3)T.
