Hi,

I am having issue with the timeouts on a hunt group I have been searching the internet but I can not find anything.

The issue is that I would like to first phone to ring 3 times, then the second one the same and the 3rd phone the same. I have tried to change the timeout several times to different configurations but it does not work properly. It rings on the first phone fine and then the second one rings only once and then goes to the third straight.

Any ideas?

The values are in seconds not ring times, how long do you want each memeber to ring for?

Sorry, yes there are seconds. I have tried to change the timeout to:

timeout 5,5,5

also to

timeout 10,10,10

and still nothing changes, the second phone rings once and goes to the next phone.

Very strange.

Hmm, what version of IOS are you running?

That is first 15 release, which I urge you to get a way from, you might be running into some bugs.
