ER calls out PRI when DID is not in PSAP db.

I need to setup the local route group feature in CM 7 so that my remote locations can call 911 with the correct address when ER is down.  Each site has a local PRI.

My question is, when ER is down, the call wil go out the local buildings PRI with the callerId of the phone that placed the call.  This DID is not assoicated in the PSAP database with anything, what will the local PSAP see as an address?  Will the BTN address of the PRI override this DID since it is not in the db?

Thanks.

The Calling Party Number (CPN) must be a routable E.164 number, which means that the CPN must be entered in the routing
database of the associated E911 selective router.

For Direct Inward Dial (DID) phones, the DID number could be used as the ANI for 911 purposes, but

only if it is properly associated with an Emergency Service Number in the 911 service provider's

network.Your provider may not use the  as the ANI for 911 call routing and may use  BTN for ANI purposes.
