We have CCM 6.1.0 and I set up a device with DN 8262. I deleted the device from Call Manager but need to delete the DN 8262. Where do you do this please?

David, that is not correct. Starting from CUCM 4.1 DNs are not completely erased when you delete a device.
you need to go to the route plan report, select unassigned DNs and delete them from there. think of it as a recycle bin

Yes you are correct the Route Plan Report is exactly what I was looking for.
When I call the number now I get a busy signal even though is is deleted. I assigned the DN to a Digital Phone and you can call the the extension from digital phones but when you try to call from an ip phone you get a busy signal.
