As I can see you're not receiving CALL_PROC message from provider...btw you're not receiving anything from them. What "sh isdn status" tells you? Are incoming calls working?

HTH,

HTH,
Dragan

The incoming is handled by another gw/pri so I was not able to check on that. Here is the isdn logs.

nezrt001#sh isdn status
Global ISDN Switchtype = primary-5ess
ISDN Serial0/3/0:15 interface
        dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5
    Layer 1 Status:
        ACTIVE
    Layer 2 Status:
        TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
    Layer 3 Status:
        0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
    Active dsl 0 CCBs = 0
    The Free Channel Mask:  0x80007FFF
    Number of L2 Discards = 0, L2 Session ID = 0
Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0

Thanks

I can only suggest you to contact your provider about this because you are not receiving nothing from them...maybe you can try replacing some interconnecting cables between your equipment and telco.

You should contact your Service Provider, it seems that is forbidden to make outgoing calls. I have already seen this a lot of times.

Maybe you have to unblock the contract to be able to generate traffic subject to tariff.

This is definitely provider issue, they didnt map numbers correctly.
