Error complete installtion software unity 8.6.6

 hi all 

 

i have get error when i start to installation software unity like in the below : 

 

Downloading ftp cue-vm-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.6.pkg
Error: Download error
 Can not download cue-vm-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.6.pkg
error code 0 : error type 'couldn't connect to host'
Error: Download error
Unable to install. Please try again
 
 
please anybody help me

As you can see CUE is unable to connect with the FTP server, is your ftp server running and does it have the files in proper folder?

Sounds like it couldn't connect to your FTP server.  Can you download the file off your FTP server using a regular FTP client?
