Error in 7825 H2

Hi All,

we are facing the problem while installing CCM4.x in 7825 H2. The error message comes "CPU speed fatal error". The CPU speed detected was not the expected 2800MHz.Actual detected CPU speed 3400MHz.Please correct before reattempting the installation .

Pls. advice.

Did you buy the server with us or with HP directly_?

MCS-7825-H2-IPC2**

3.4 GHz

For CCM 4.2 you need at least:

No minimum SQL 2k requirement and OS 2000.4.2sr2 required prior to upgrade

Hi Gogasca,

the problem got resolved.

We were under the impression that with new CCM , Software CDs have not been ordered .So, we were trying to install with older CDs.

After we were able to locate the new CD software which came with new CCM , installation of Wondows OS was smooth. CCM installation yet to be done.
