I Guys,
I installed the VMWare 4.1 in a one Server UCS C210. After this install I did the installation CUCM version 7.1.3 and didn´t had problem. When I Tried to do the upgrade I received the message error: "Error encountered: The selected upgrade is disallowed from the current version". I Verified the matrix compatibility and saw that is possible to do this upgrade.

Hi
I believe this is lab deployment. As CUCM 7.1 is not supported in VMware..
Solution for your problem
1) Install COP file ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.0.cop.sgn
Also please note Guest Operating System required for CUCM 8.6.2 is Red-Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (32-bit).
