Anyone know how to resolve this issue, when trying to launch the unity system admin? See error message:
Access denied
You cannot access the Cisco Unity System Administration.
There are too many active sessions. Please try again later.
Please see your system administrator for more details.

It would appear as if you've hit the limit for number of admin user sessions you can have open.
If I remember right, Unity logs out any session that's inactive for 15 minutes. You can also just restart Unity.
Just make sure when you're done with Unity, log out, don't just close the browser window.

Hello,
You can restart IIS. Go to comand prompt and type iisreset. This will allow you access.

I found a post that said to restart the www service. I did and that cleared it up. Thanks for responding. I also edited the number of sessions to 10 instead of 5.

I had the same problem. Restarting the www service solved it.
