error on call manager (vmware)

Dear All,

i am installing cucm6.x in vmware work station, while cucm installing at post application window it is going to 15% then pouping up the window staing the below alert.

"Critical error"

Continuing will allow you to dump diagnostic information before hulting.

request you to please let me know how to troubleshoot this issue.

i can only ping to the ip address which i assing to cucm while installing.

Any help would be great appreciated.

If you can connect a USB drive to the virtual machine you'll get a bunch of log files that will help determine the problem.
