i am getting this error while extracting the .tar file to flash.

Hi,

there is a bug with these symptoms, CSCek63178. However is not clear if it has been fixed. Try extracting te file on another router and then copy them manually.

Absolutely. And the bug says "no workaround" ?!?

C'mon cisco, you can do better than that!
