Hi Guys
I recent deleted a call pick up group number. and when i try and recreate it i get an error saying number already exits and when i search for it getting an unmapped exception error.
Pleasee assist. I am thinking the number is ophaned somewhere and has to be deleted via CLI
Please advised if I am right and how to go about it.

I am check for the number in route plan and thats where i am getting Unmapped execption error
If i try and create it again getting a object already existing error

Can u give the try
run sql select from numplan where dnorpattern = 'XXXX'
and now run sql delete from numplan where dnorpattern = 'XXXX'
where XXXX is the pickupgroup number.
