Am setting up Cisco Desktop Agent and after configuring the users accounts and configuring the IP Phones for use with this product, some users are getting the error message "login failed due to a configuration error. Please ask your system administrator your phone with the RM JTAPI Provider according to the Administrator Guide".
I've double checked the configuration is okay for these people and it looks okay. Any ideas??
