I have set up a CTI port with an extension 2912 which then set up call forward all to an international number, however every time when I dial this extension, it only ring for 2 seconds and then hang up.

I have run a debug and has error message

errror message : call_disc: PI received in disconnect; Postpone

It may be due to the way the telco switch expects progress messages. Try adding the global command “voice call disc-pi-off”.

Thanks Jesse,I experienced

Thanks Jesse,

I experienced this very issue on a voice gateway we have in Accra, Ghana where if the outside calling party hung up the call the internal Cisco phone user would just receive a fast busy tone. I was receiving the "call_disc: PI received in disconnect; Postpone sending RELEASE" message in my ISDN Q.931 debugs. I added the suggested command "VOICE CALL DISC-PI-OFF", and it fixed my issue. The internal Cisco phone user no longer has to hang up the call themself. Two thumbs-up!
