Today We got one error log generated in Unity:

The description for Event ID ( 523 ) in Source ( CiscoUnity_PHTransfer ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: GetPropLong, 0x80043200, 1718, e:\Views\cs_CU4.0.4.221\un_Conv2\AvConvPhoneHandler\CsConvSystemTransferSvr\CsConvSystemXfer.cpp

You can use this useful tool from Cisco. If you paste in the hex code it should tell you what the problem is. Looks like a memory issue, possible a virtual memory leak. Have you re-started the server?
