EX90/60 Call to IEC 4600 Recording fail due to G7221 Codec Problem

Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue with call recording between EX60/90 and IEC 4600 the IEC register to cucm version 8.2.2a latest service update as a 3rd Party SIP device (Advanced) and EX60/90 added as ex90 and ex60 the call work but with codec g7221 which my recordingserver do not support HOw do I configure the EX90/60 or the IEC to use g711 instead:

I already disabled the g722 advertisment on call manager and intra/inter region codec is g729 and under the configuration of the EXs and the IEC there are no parameter to disable g7221 and they are all on in same region and location so suppose to work using g711 and for interregion to use g729 So what am I missing here ?

Diable G722 not ONLY on Service parameter but also on Enterprise parameter.

Make sure you reset the TRUNKS and phones involve.

Any way we can see a trace?

Thanks Jose Yeah I did disable it Everywhere and on the Enterprise Parameter and I see the call always Use g7221 Is this is a bug?

Cisco TAC Fix this issue by setting the on the system Sonfiguration>Experminatal> and on the Capsetfilter She Put this:

G.722.1 and this like excluding the use of G7221 on call negotitation and the call then work fine and call codec was g711u and the recording server now can record the call.
