Is there any way to export a list of translation patterns from CUCM 5x.

sorry, but import/export feature was not added until CUCM 6.0.

Unless you are feeling adventurous:

admin:run sql select dnorpattern,calledpartytransformationmask  from numplan where tkpatternusage = 3

dnorpattern calledpartytransformationmask

Take a look at the DB definition guide to wee what other fields you might like. You can log this to text then load it with Excel or whatever.
