Exported files from CUCM

files exported from CallManager (like configuration or extention list) are in .tar format and there is no option to download the file in local computer. Any clue???

Exported files from CUCM

Hi,

I am not sure if you are referring to the Backup tar file or the export files through BAT (Bulk Administrator Tool).

I will provide you the links for both these feature export operations.

For Backing up CUCM through DRS, use the below link.

If you mean stuff you export via BAT there's a download/upload option under the BAT menu for such things
