I have some phones that are hanging at "Firmware Upgrading" and have been like that for hours. This is due to the CUCM being across a very slow WAN link in relation to the phones on this site.
I want to put the files on a server local to the phones and have them upgrade via this rather than the CUCM.

I believe I also need to export the SEPMACADRDRESS.cnf.xml.sgn files and some other files from the CUCM and place these in the TFTP root of my temp tftp server? How do I get these files and which other do I need?
