Ext/DID is not coming from outsite.

I have E1 ISDN plan with 10 segregated channels and 100 DID's which are connected to my Cisco Phone System UC560. I noticed today that one of the ext. and its associated DID is not working and giving busy tune when dialed from outside. Even when I try to dial from the Exchange using the main key the line drops when I dial the ext. User can dial normaly to any outside numbers using the ext. and the DID. Internally the ext is also working.

Below the ext configuration:

I even restarted the Phone System with no luck. Still I cannot dial from outside either ext or DID.

Can you call internally from another phone?

Is the corlist incoming and outgoing applied to this ephone-dn the same as other working ephone-dn?

I am not sure of UC500 debug capabilities, but are you able to run "debug isdn q931" for the failed call and post it?

debug isdn q931 is accepted but its giving options:

asn1       ISDN Q931 ASN1 detail

detail     ISDN Q931 packet detail

interface  Specify interface for debugging

Perform this.

1. Login to UC560 through Telnet or SSH.

2. Go to Privilege Exec mode (e.g. uc560-hostname#) and enter the following.

terminal monitor

debug isdn q931

<-- This means you must press the Enter key on your keyboard.

3. From your mobile dial the E.164 number of x112.

If you see an output bearing your mobile ANI and DNIS of x112 (E.164) it means the issue is with your configuration, it might be your incoming translations. Otherwise problem with your ISDN provider.

I got my problem fixed by deleting the "num-exp 0 0100" entry and re-adding it so that it appears below the 112 entry.
