I have a Cisco 7940 series IP phone configured for extension mobility on a CallManager4.1. The extension mobility stopped working all of a sudden. When the user tries to log in, he logs in successfully but the phone displays "Please login" without the directry number, hence it cannot receive or place calls. What culd be the reason. Please help.
As you are getting the prompt ot login, it suggests that the tomcat service is working, but maybe not the extension mobility service. So first off I'd try restarting this. Another possible cause is the communication between the publisher and subsrcriber, try running dblhelper.exe for a status check.
