I discovered yesterday a problem with Extension mobility and CiscoTSP. The problem is this. When a Tapi app checks the devices which are connected in this moment, the app asks through CiscoTSP to the Call Manager the status and events of these devices. But if the agent isn´t logged to this device, the TAPI information about the device is not sended from Call Manager to CiscoTSP. We need recover TAPI information about the device, but this info is no present to TSP and therefor to the TAPI application. We are asking every 5 seconds to Call Manager about devices status, but some of this informatión is not present.
