Extension Mobility and Line Text

I cant recall, but when a user logs in to EM on a device, i know it shows the extension on the Lines, but does Line Text also come over?  CUCM 7.1   Thanks!

Yes - the Line Text Label entry in the DN associated with the EM User Device Profile is displayed on the phone once the user logs in.

Thanks James!  I will try it out and let you know.  My customer is saying its not coming up, but I have to double check the config for them on the UDP.

Hi,

Please note that when a user logs in to EM from same device model as his UDP then all the settings from UDP will apply, if he logs in from a different device model as his UDP then the default device profile for the device specific settings will apply and UDP settings for non device related will apply. So you might want to check on these lines as well
