Extension Mobility and moving between sites

Guys,

What is the best way for Extension mobility users who move to different sites to use the local gateway for external calls. I know if can be done but for the life of me cant find out how to set it up. Obviously it can be done through route groups if the event of failure but all I want to do is User A from Site A goes to site B, how do I send his call out site Bs gateway if he is an EM user. My setup by the way makes the line/device approach difficult so have to stick with the 'old fashioned' CSS/PT method
