Hi i use CCM 3.3 and 7940 phones. when i try to login to the phones i get error code 11. can some one help. the devices use standard 7940 device templates while user device profiles use standard 7960 templates
the user device template should match the actual device, but with 7940 and 7960 it should work fine. Make sure that the user is accocited with EM profile, that the service is running, and that the user ID that you are typing in is the actual user ID not a profile name.
