Extension Mobility getting "Login is unavailable(25)"

I'm getting this error when trying to login to a 2nd phone with a user profile that is already logged in.  This is a new install of CUCM 8.5.  Not sure if it is a Service/Enterprise Parameter setting.

What is the "Multiple Login Behavior" EM service parameter set to?

Thanks Chris.  Apparently I don't see to well.

The default behavior for EM is not to allow multiple logins with the same user, you can change that in the EM service parameters.
