extension mobility issue

hi,

when i hit the services button in cipc, i dont get the link to em service.

i have created a phone service - EMCIPC

the string - http://192.168.1.28:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#

cucm 7x - 192.168.1.28

i have changed the url parameters from cucm7(servername) to ip.

created default device profile

subscribed the serivces to device profile

enabled EM on the phone..

but i still dont see the EMCIPC when i hit services button.. even after restarting EM service/ Call Manager service / Tom cat service and the phones as well.. what is the problem?

You only mention you subscribed the UDP, but did you also subscribed the IPC??

Also, have you created a specific UDP for your IPC?? you only mention the default device profile

I'd recommend you to re-visit the EM config guide and make sure you're not missing any step

yes i did, all the above.. but i am running this cucm on virtual machine..so i did not turn on all the services. only call manager, EM, TFTP, CTI .. any other services that needs to be turned on.. for EM .
