I have a 7965 phone with 2 - 7916 expansion modules. When I update the expansion modules the user is required to log out and back in for the changes to take effect. When I check to see if the changes have been made after logging out and back in again nothing has changed. I am changing the lines via the device profile page for the user and I can see the updates there. If I look at the actual phone itself it always states that you need to log out and back in again. No matter how many times you reset the phone or log out and back in or reset the phone the updates never show up on the expansion module with what is in call manager. I am running call manager version 6.X. Any help with this is greatly appreciated thanks.
